dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this paper is to present a report on the management of the company Coria Ltd., with a special emphasis on the department of marketing. The period chosen is July 1st, 2020 through January 1st, 2024, which is the first four years the new management team has taken ownership of the company intending to internationalize the company, developing new products, and adhere to the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals. To prove the accomplishment of these goals, the paper explores first the identity of the company and its role in the market of gym machinery, the essential role of the Four Ps methodology within the decision-making process in the marketing analysis to later analyze the results obtained through this procedure. | es |
