| dc.description.abstract | Micro-teaching Evidence-based education is the use of well-designed scientific studies to determine which education methods work best. It consists of evidence-based teaching and evidence-based learning. Evidence-based methods such as spaced repetition have been shown to increase the rate at which a student learns. The evidence-based education movement has its roots in the larger movement towards evidence-based practices. Micro-teaching is a teacher training and faculty development technique whereby the teacher reviews a past teaching session, in order to get constructive feedback from peers and/or students about what has worked and what improvements can be made to their teaching technique. Today, we will use the collaborative work technique. I would like you to learn to incorporate it into your portfolio of teamwork tools. | es |
