dc.description.abstractEl estudio analiza una cohorte prospectiva de 502 CO en estadio precoz, con el objetivo de investigar la frecuencia, características inmunohistoquímicas y supervivencia de los 5 tipos principales.Aunque el grado histológico no es un factor pronóstico entre los CE ováricos en estadio temprano, la distinción entre el subtipo endometride grado 3 y el CSAG es recomendable, teniendo en cuenta el pronóstico y las alteraciones moleculares que pueden guíar el tratamiento de las pacientes.es
